Beidler Forest (Four Holes Swamp)
A 1.75-mile boardwalk through one of the largest virgin cypress-tupelo swamps left in the country, with gators a regular sight in the blackwater below. Warmer months bring the most visible activity, though the swamp's old growth is worth seeing any season. The boardwalk stays elevated the entire loop, so there's no ground access to the water. No feeding, and keep the visit to the boardwalk rather than wading in for a photo.
